Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns. Any such offer will be clearly mentioned on our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in most serviceable locations across Pakistan. OrganicValley reserves the right to decline COD for certain locations or orders if required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided (where available) so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Incorrect Address

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the package and product. We will review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
